Steam train weekend at the Swedish Railway Museum

Information

A steam shuttle train with a steam locomotive and passenger carriages will run between the museum and the Train Hall one last time this season. You'll also have the opportunity to see a fired-up steam locomotive in the Railway Park. The Stockholm 7 1/4 Society will be on site operating miniature trains and miniature steam locomotives. You can even try running a steam engine yourself.

Included with your admission ticket when the museum has “everything open”:

◽ The museum, including exhibitions, shop, restaurant, playroom, playground, and picnic carriage.

◽ The Railway Park, featuring miniature trains, a railway keeper’s cottage, garden café, station building, and station park.

◽ This weekend only: a return trip on the steam shuttle train to the Train Hall vehicle depot, with historic trains, locomotives, and carriages.
