Järn-Brita’s cabin is more than just accommodation – it is a piece of art and a place to unwind. Located in the English park at Axmar bruk, around 50 minutes north of Gävle, the cabin is nestled among leafy trees and scenic waterways. Its playful design, resembling a pile of leaves high in the trees, blends naturally into the surroundings and creates a feeling of being right in the heart of nature.

The cabin is named after Järn-Brita Behm, who ruled the ironworks for nearly 60 years. Her legacy still shapes the area, adding a historical depth to your stay. Here, you are not only staying somewhere unique, but also in a place with a strong connection to the past.

Inside, a modern glass house offers comfortable beds, a table and seating. As evening falls, the iron stove creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. During spring and autumn, the cabin glows softly in the dusk, inviting you to slow down and enjoy the moment.
