Join us on a culinary journey along the coast and discover our local food heritage – rooted in history, but presented in a new and inspiring way.

During the evening, you can enjoy carefully selected tastings: everything from flatbread, fish and sausages to sweet treats to finish – a tribute to flavours from the past with a modern twist.

We will also listen to an exciting talk by Ingela Broström from Länsmuseet Gävleborg, who will take us through Axmar and its surroundings. With great knowledge and passion, she will tell us about life, food and traditions along the coast.
