Celebrate Midsummer at Gammelgården in Torsåker!
Welcome to a traditional and atmospheric Midsummer celebration for the whole family at Gammelgården in Torsåker. Bring your family and friends, reconnect with old acquaintances, and create new summer memories together.
Information
Enjoy live music, watch colorful folk dance performances by Torsåker Folkdanslag accompanied by musicians, and join us for the presentation of this year's cultural scholarship. Of course, there will also be the raising of the Midsummer pole and traditional dancing around it together with Kråkan – a cherished tradition for both young and old.
Fika (Swedish coffee and refreshments) will be available for purchase, and the entire area will be filled with the warm sense of community and summer spirit that makes Midsummer so special.
Whether you are returning home for the summer, visiting the area, or living here year-round, you are warmly invited to celebrate Midsummer with us at Gammelgården. Join us for a day filled with joy, traditions, and Swedish summer at its very best!
Admission: SEK 50
Members of Torsåker Hembygdsförening (Torsåker Heritage Society) and all children under the age of 16 enjoy free admission.
